With 30 years of experience in IT and business development—including roles at leading companies like Radware, Forcepoint, Splunk, and Intel Security—Gary brings a strong foundation in technology, operational excellence, and client-focused solutions to the drone industry. A veteran of the US Army Reserves (1995–2008), he served as a Captain, was mobilized, and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Noble Eagle. This military service highlights his leadership, discipline, and dedication to mission success—qualities that now drive every client project at Collin County Drone Services. Gary is a fully licensed FAA Part 107-certified remote pilot, with extensive specialized training in drone operations and advanced mapping techniques. He ensures all flights comply with strict FAA regulations while delivering precise, professional results. Based in the Celina area, Gary is married and a proud father of three children (ages 7, 8, and 22). Nancy Forde is an integral member of the family leadership behind Collin County Drone Services LLC, bringing energy, experience, and commitment to the family-owned business based in Rockwall, Texas. A results-oriented sales and marketing executive with a strong record of building lasting client relationships and accelerating growth, Nancy serves as Vice President of Marketing and Operations and works directly with clients to ensure all deliverables are met. As a key point of contact for client-focused solutions, her strengths in strategy, business development, and hands-on engagement complement the company’s technical and operational expertise, enabling meaningful connections with clients across construction, real estate, inspections, agriculture, and beyond. Outside of the business, Nancy was recently married and is a proud step-mom to her 21 year old step-son, who will be graduating with a law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2026.
